All meals served buffet style.

Friday Council Lunch – $15.00 / person

    • Chef’s Choice of Salad with Balsamic Dressing
    • Roast Beef and Swiss with Horseradish Mayonnaise on a Garlic & Herb Wrap Smoked Turkey and Provolone with Marinated Red Onion, Basil Mayonnaise on a Roll
    • Honey Baked Ham and Cheddar with English Pub Mustard on Chef’s Choice of Bread
    • Dill Pickle Spears, Potato Chips and Assorted Sodas Assorted Dessert Bars

Friday Dinner – $35.00 / person

    • Fresh Garden Salad and Caesar Salads.
    • Chicken Marsala – Creamy marsala wine sauce with mushrooms over grilled chicken breasts
    • Grilled Vegetable Pasta Primavera – Grilled vegetables, tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, Alfredo
    • Seasonal Fruit Crisp and Cookies and Brownies

Saturday Breakfast – $10.00 / person

    • Deluxe Continental- pastries, cereal, fruit, eggs and breakfast meats

Saturday Lunch – $15.00 / person

    • Fresh Tossed Salad with Balsamic Dressing and Potato Salad
    • Build your own sandwich: Sliced Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, & Salami Swiss, American, & Provolone Cheese Mustard, Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Dill Pickle Spears
    • Potato Chips and Assorted Sodas Cookies & Brownies

Saturday Dinner – $35 / person

    • Fresh Garden Salad and Baby Spinach Salad
    • Seared Salmon – Served over a Bourbon glaze
    • Sliced Sirloin – Served wild mushroom sauce and Rosemary cream sauce
    • NY Style Cheesecake and Tiramisu

Sunday Breakfast
A full breakfast is available at no extra cost for any attendee who stays in the
hotel on Saturday night.
