Meeting Menus

The meeting is being catered by Susan Plunkett’s Fabulous Food.  Susan is a caterer-of-choice of the Rochester Institute of Technology, the University of Rochester, and Strong Memorial Hospital.  She thoughtfully accommodates a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions. The menu options below include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options; individuals with additional dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) are encouraged to specify their preferences during registration, or to contact Andrea Patterson separately.

Friday Council Lunch – $9.00 / person
Assorted sandwiches and salads, fresh fruit, chips

Friday Dinner – $22.00 / person
Chicken and Beef Kebabs, Veggie Kebabs, Couscous Pilaf, Grape Leaves, Hummus and Toasted Pita, Greek Salad, Baklava and Miniature Sweets

Saturday Continental Breakfast – $5.00 / person
Muffins, Donuts and Bagels; Yogurt + Granola; Bananas; Juice, Coffee and Tea

Saturday Lunch – $14.00 / person
Assorted Sandwiches, Pasta Primavera with Roasted Veggies, Marinated Green Beans with Roasted Tomatoes and Shallots, Homemade Chips, Miniature Cookies

Saturday Dinner – $24.50 / person
Chicken French with Artichokes, Eggplant French, Candied Carrots, 12 Greens with Gorgonzola and Veggies, Roasted Veggie Phyllo, Rolls and Butter, Carrot Cake

Restaurants close to Braddock Bay and the lakeshore:
Braddock Bay Tavern and Grill:  tasty and affordable sit-down food, veg-friendly
Schaller’s Drive-in: quick burgers, hots and sandwiches to eat in or take out
Steve’s Convenience:  a gas station with a really good made-to-order sub shop
The Original Charbroil House:  comfort food to eat in

Wegmans Latta Road:  our local grocery store with a wide variety of ready-made food

There is a Wegmans on Latta Road near the lakeshore, and another on Ridge Road between the Ridge Road hotels and Greece Canal Park, and a third on Lyell Ave between the airport hotels and Greece Canal Park.
